Practical Matters
Fees: ​

Therapy sessions (individual or family): $150

Consultation services are billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $225/hour.

Documentation such as letters, completion of forms and insurance paperwork, and other reporting requests are billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $150/hour.

Travel costs are billed in accordance with CRA's yearly mileage rate at: $0.61/km.

Credit cards: Payment for services can be made using credit card through the Jane booking system.

E-transfer: Payment can also be made via e-transfer to merete@sommerlund.ca
Insurance:

Please note that therapy services are unlikely to be covered by any private insurance benefits as I am not a registered member of any provincial or national regulatory body.
Friendly dog in office:

My very friendly dog, Teddy, is usually in the office with me. If you have any concerns about Teddy's presence, please don't hesitate to let me know before you appointment so I can ensure that he is crated before you arrive.
